We make it easy to take the next step by offering the following payment options. In addition to accepting major credit cards, we also offer a six-month layaway plan.

We make every effort to have all items featured on our website in stock and ready to ship within twenty-four hours of receiving your order. If we happen to be out of an item, we will notify you via your preferred method of contact. In-stock items ship via 2nd Day FedEx. Note: Items priced at over $1000.00 will require an adult signature for delivery. To make alternative shipping arrangements, call and talk to one of our sales agents.
For all internet purchases, excluding special orders or custom work, Christian Caine has a 15 day return policy. All items must be in their original, new condition and rings can NOT have been sized to be eligible for a refund.
If you are not completely satisfied, you can return any non-personalized (i.e. specially engraved) item in its original condition for a full refund or exchange.

Packaging & Presentation
At Christian Caine, we know it’s not about the box, but that does’t mean we cut any corners when it comes to the presentation of your new purchase. Our distinctive teakwood box, bearing our “CC” logo and nestled snuggly inside a textured blue packer box, is wrapped in silver paper and tied with a blue ribbon. The presentation is completed with a silver gift bag decorated with blue tissue and an extra surprise, a solid milk chocolate “CC” medallion.
We prefer to ship our rings with no special sizing and to make any necessary adjustments after you present your gift. This allows us to make the most precise changes possible and eliminates the possibility of a second re-sizing which can affect the long-term strength of the ring. In some cases, especially bridal rings, we strictly limit sizing until after the purchase has been made.
While that is our preference, we know that is not always possible. We have therefore adopted the following policies and recommendations regarding ring sizing:
Sized rings are not returnable.
Unsure of the size? Request a ring sizing kit with your purchase. Instructions are included with the kit and we can handle the sizing by mail.
Allow extra lead time when ordering a ring to be sized.
